Yes, we do offer holiday services! An additional 25% holiday fee applies to all services except pet waste removal. If your scheduled poop scooping service falls on a holiday, it will be moved to an alternate date to ensure your yard stays clean.  

Our holiday fee applies to the day before, the day of, and the day after each observed holiday. The holidays recognized by Borough Paws Petcare include:

New Year's Day
Easter
Mother's Day
Memorial Day
Father's Day
Independence Day
Labor Day
Thanksgiving
Christmas

We know that pets need love and care every day of the year, and we're here to make sure they get it—even on holidays!

For in-home services, we require a reliable way to access your home. If you have a keyed entry, we ask for two copies of the key.  If you’re unable to provide two, we will have a duplicate made and add a $5 charge for the copy. If you have a garage door code or an electronic door lock, we are happy to use that instead. You can either share your existing code or generate a unique code specifically for Borough Paws.

However, we do require at least one physical key on file as a backup. In the event of a power outage, a keypad failure, or a garage door malfunction, we want to ensure we can still care for your pets—without having to climb through a window (because let’s be honest, that wouldn’t be pretty!)

We understand that plans can change, and we always try to accommodate our clients as best as we can. However, to ensure fairness for everyone, we charge a 20% cancellation fee for reservations canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled service.

This policy helps us cover lost opportunities and maintain the high level of care and service your pets deserve. 

We offer a per visit price of $20 + $3 per additional litter box. When signing up for service you can choose to have us out as frequently as you prefer. You can select your preferred day and how often you would like us to come. You supply the food & clean litter, and we'll handle the rest. 

Yes, we can! We make our last rounds between 8:30 to 9:00 pm. 

We have 5 convenient times for visits throughout the day. When scheduling your pet visits, you will have the following options:

Early morning - we will arrive between 7am - 10am

Morning - we will arrive between 10am - noon

Afternoon - we will arrive between noon - 4pm

Evening - we will arrive between 4pm - 7pm

Late evening - we will arrive between 7pm - 9pm

(We offer overnight sleepovers in your home as well, this covers from 9pm to 7am)

Having Borough Paws sleep over in your home can provide numerous benefits for both you and your pets. Firstly, it can reduce your pet's stress and anxiety by allowing them to maintain their regular routine in a familiar environment. Additionally, it can give you peace of mind knowing that your home and pet(s) are being well cared for while you're away. Borough Paws can also provide additional services such as bringing in the mail, watering plants, and adjusting lighting, which can help to deter potential burglars. Overall, having Borough Paws stay overnight can be a convenient and beneficial option to ensure the comfort and safety of your pet(s) and home. The overnight hours are typically from 9pm to 7am and are intended to be combined with drop in Pet Visits throughout the day.
